The residential scale and architectural style effectively transitions between the adjacent single family and commercial areas. Society 42 was built to the Energy Trust of Oregon’s ‘Best’ standard.
Operated by 4D Recovery, Society 42 offers 44 bedrooms of free sober housing to individuals having completed residential treatment for substance abuse. The facility will house people for up to twelve months as they transition to independent living and provides 24-hour house managers and on-site peer mentors to support residents in their journey.
