Fernhill Crossing

Portland, Oregon

Fernhill Crossing, is a 23-unit development in the Cully neighborhood of Northeast Portland, near Fernhill park.

Breaking ground in late 2018, the project features three renovated existing homes, four two-bedroom apartments, five one-bedroom apartments, and ten lofted two-bedroom townhomes. The project will be built to the Energy Trust of Oregon’s ‘Best’ standard.

The townhome style units with surface parking will be priced to provide housing for the missing middle – a demographic that earns too much to qualify for typical affordable housing and not quite enough for new market-rate units. The grounds will provide residents with zen-garden aesthetic, a children’s play area and convenient on-site parking space reserved for every unit. Several units will also enjoy river and mountain views.
