Analog PDX is a 134-unit development in Portland, Oregon near the Moda Center and the Broadway Bridge. With incredible access to the street-car, MAX, bike lanes and good old sidewalks, the project is a multi-modal transportation dream. Being so proximate to the Rose Quarter, the site has current and historical connections to music; leveraging this connection, Analog’s design includes fun references to rock & roll culture.
The building includes a gym, workspace, a community room, and a rooftop deck. All the units in the building feature efficient floorplans and many include built-in furniture. As a complement to the five units in the building that are available to residents earning no more than 60% of the Area Median Income, the balance of the building is designed to provide market rate affordability by way of efficient floorplans and sub-market gross rents.
The project was built to the Energy Trust of Oregon’s ‘Best’ status and includes a green roof.
