The Bridgetown is a 50-unit eco-friendly apartment building in the Beaumont Village neighborhood of Northeast Portland including 6,200 square feet of high-visibility, interactive retail space and sweeping views of Mt Hood and Mt St Helens.

An activated entry courtyard is shared between the retailers and the building’s residents, creating a two-way dialogue between the building and the community. With a ‘best’ certification from the Energy Trust of Oregon and passive cooling, the building has been designed as a low energy consumer; 21-Kilowats of on-site solar power offset the entire common area power demand.

The Bridgetown was divested in late 2017.
