The Williamsburg Townhomes portfolio is a 134-unit townhome acquisition in Milwaukie, Oregon. The portfolio is made up of three properties in close proximity to one another, Williamsburg Townhomes, Briarwood Townhomes, and Heritage Townhomes, together making up 134 units.

The properties were purchased off-market from the family of the original developer that constructed the properties in the 1970s and the units were largely left untouched since. Our business model with these properties is to renovate the interiors of the units, construct five additional units in underutilized spaces on the grounds, catch-up on deferred maintenance, and update the grounds.
