Society 62 is a co-living community located across the street from our neighborhood food-cart pod, The Barley Pod, in the Rose City Park neighborhood of Northeast Portland, Oregon. The project is just outside Hollywood district with easy access to the NE 60th Max stop and the Providence Hospital and administrative offices. The residential scale and architectural style effectively transitions between the adjacent single family and commercial areas.

Society 62 offers 29 bedrooms over three communities and represents part of Ethos Development’s ongoing commitment to paving the way for market-driven, accessibly priced housing throughout the region, rents at Society 62 are affordable to those earning 50%-70% of Area Median Income. Shared homes offer affordability, community, collaboration, and convenience and our rendition is unique to Portland.

Built to the Energy Trust of Oregon’s ‘Best’ standard, Society 62 features a heat-pump hot water system, which is uncommon in multi-family projects, allowing the building to operate entirely on electric power.
