Redmond Industrial Park

Ethos Development, in partnership with Alpine Capital Investments, acquired the fully-leased Redmond Industrial Park in 2026. In addition to the industrial facility itself the site contains 26-acres of developable land, some of which is being used as Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS), and three rail spurs that can be re-activated should a tenant require their use.

Originally a sawmill, the 200,000 square foot property was converted into a multi-tenant industrial facility in the 90s. It was operated by the family that completed the use conversion through the sale.

Located in one of Oregon’s fastest growing industrial corridors, the property stands to benefit from both macroeconomic forces and operational improvements.
