Margot is a 20-unit apartment building on Southeast Division Street, one of the hottest neighborhood retail corridors in Portland.

The building delivered in early 2019 and features an aesthetic inspired by the Wes Anderson film ‘The Royal Tenenbaums’; trust us when we say that we are accounting for everything… great interiors, brick facade, big views of the west hills, and high-end unit finishes.

Leveraging efficient floorplans, all 20 apartments are affordable to those earning 100% of Area Median Income (AMI). The project was built to the Energy Trust of Oregon’s ‘Best’ standard.

Margot was divested in early 2020.
