Ethos Development acquired The Goodrich Building in 2017. The project was a rejuvenation of a mid-century modern retail building in the Roseway neighborhood of Northeast Portland.

The building’s namesake and architect, Burton Goodrich, was an understudy of Frank Lloyd Wright and oversaw his only project in the state of Oregon as well as many others around the country.

The building is still part of Ethos Development portfolio and is now home to two community-serving tenants, Roseway Veterinary Hospital and Brave Care Children’s Urgent Care.
