Fernhill Crossing is a 23-unit development in the Cully neighborhood of Northeast Portland, Oregon near Fernhill park.
The project features three renovated existing homes, four two-bedroom apartments, five one-bedroom apartments, and ten lofted two-bedroom townhomes.
The family sized townhome style units are priced to provide housing for the missing middle – a demographic that earns too much to qualify for typical affordable housing and not quite enough for new market-rate units. The grounds will provide residents with zen-garden aesthetic, an outdoor dining area, and a convenient on-site parking space reserved for every unit. Several units will also enjoy river and mountain views.
The project was built to the Energy Trust of Oregon’s ‘Best’ standard.
