Ethos Development and Vance Development Break Ground on 222-unit Apartment Project in Vancouver, Washington

Vancouver, WA – Ethos Development, a Portland, Oregon-based real estate development firm specializing in multifamily projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, and its partner Vance Development, a bespoke development firm focused on the Clark County/Vancouver market, have broken ground on Ellison Ridge, a 222-unit multifamily housing development in Vancouver, Washington.
The 200,000-square-foot, two and three-story, multi-building project includes a full suite of amenities such as a pool, fitness center, community kitchen and living room, children’s play area, and pickleball court. Residences will feature a contemporary mountain-lodge aesthetic and offer convenient access to eastern Vancouver and nearby Camas.
Twenty percent of the units will be available to residents earning no more than 80% of Area Median Income through Clark County’s multi-family tax-exemption program.
