Ethos Development and Alpine Capital Investments Acquire Redmond Industrial Park in Redmond, Oregon

Redmond, OR – Ethos Development, a Portland, Oregon-based real estate investment and development firm, in partnership with Alpine Capital Investments, a San Diego-based real estate investment firm, has acquired Redmond Industrial Park, a 200,000-square-foot, fully leased, multi-tenant industrial asset situated on approximately 45 acres in Redmond, Oregon, with significant long-term development potential.
The property consists of four industrial buildings and approximately 26 acres of excess land, providing immediate scale, stable in-place cash flow, and meaningful opportunities for future expansion. Strategically located just off U.S. Highway 97 and minutes from Redmond Municipal Airport, the asset is positioned within one of Central Oregon’s fastest-growing industrial corridors, benefiting from strong regional population growth, expanding infrastructure, and increasing demand for industrial and logistics space.
