Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Pam comes to Ethos with over twenty years of real estate development experience that spans several sectors, from affordable housing and community development to residential, office and mixed-use projects in various markets in the US and Canada. She has successfully led and managed over $1.5 billion in development projects, providing project leadership, design direction and financial oversight throughout all phases of development, with particularly deep expertise in predevelopment planning, land entitlement, financing, and project management.

Prior to joining Ethos, Pam was a principal at CRP, providing development management and advisory services to public and private organizations engaged in affordable housing, multifamily residential, retail, office, mixed-use and land development. Prior to founding CRP, she served as a Vice President at Monument Realty, a Washington, D.C.-based developer whose portfolio includes more than six million square feet of Class A office space, 4,500 residential units and a number of hotel properties having a total market value of nearly $6 billion. An attorney by training, Pam served in the real estate practice at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston in Baltimore, where she focused on property acquisitions, dispositions and affordable housing development. Prior to that, Pam served as in-house counsel, development manager and later, Vice President of Development at A&R Development Corp. She began her career serving several community-focused development organizations, including the Sacramento Housing & Redevelopment Agency, Enterprise Homes and Pennrose Properties.

Pam has a BA in Government from California State University, Sacramento and received her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is a member of the bar in the District of Columbia and is active in numerous real estate and trade organizations. Pam previously served on the Advisory Design Panel for both the District of Squamish and Resort Municipality of Whistler. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Pam is an outdoors enthusiast and avid mountain biker, road cyclist and hiker.
