Eric supports the firm’s development and investment activities through financial modeling, underwriting, strategic analysis, and affordable housing planning and finance. He brings extensive experience across real estate finance, urban planning, community development, and corporate strategy, enabling leadership to make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Eric has worked across entrepreneurial development firms, institutional real estate platforms, and mission-driven organizations focused on affordable housing and community development. His background includes building complex financial models, evaluating development and acquisition opportunities, underwriting debt and equity investments, and supporting large-scale mixed-use and multifamily projects, both affordable and market-rate. He collaborates closely with architects, consultants, lenders, and public-sector stakeholders to translate market and project data into actionable insights.

Eric holds a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Columbia University, with a concentration in affordable housing, community development, and real estate development. He also holds a Certificate in Construction Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. A graduate of The Catlin Gabel School, Eric currently serves on its Board of Directors and returned to Portland in 2019 motivated to contribute to high-quality, community-oriented development in the region.
