Drew Boulos

Development Associate

Drew’s interest in how cities function began at a young age growing up in Portland, Maine, where her family worked in the commercial real estate industry. Having previously worked for advertising agencies in both Colorado and Oregon, Drew comes to Ethos with a background in marketing and public relations. She leverages her strong communication skills and quick problem-solving ability throughout all aspects of the development process. In her current role at Ethos, she supports the development team with reporting, marketing, and project management. Drew is a member of ULI’s Young Leaders Group, Northwest and NAIOP’s Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Oregon Chapter.

Drew holds a bachelor’s degree from Colby College in Waterville, Maine and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Real Estate Development at Portland State University, focusing on finance and sustainable urban development. Outside of work and school, Drew can be found skiing, hiking, or traveling to the coast. She is an avid reader and loves cooking with her partner, Leif, and their pets, Babs and Oatie.
