Director of Asset Management

Cassy brings more than fourteen years of experience in property management and real estate operations to her role as Director of Asset Management at Ethos. She leads strategy and performance for a diverse portfolio of residential and retail properties, providing thoughtful, people-centered leadership across the firm’s growing portfolio.

Throughout her career, Cassy has guided teams through periods of growth and transition with a focus on clear communication, collaboration, and the belief that strong management supports both thriving communities and long-term investment success. She has overseen properties across Oakland, Kansas City, Houston, and the Portland metro area, gaining experience across a wide range of market conditions and property types.

A Portland native, Cassy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, a Property Management license, and a CAPS certification. Her background also includes extensive work with local nonprofit organizations, shaping a values-driven approach to stewardship and equitable housing.

At Ethos, Cassy is motivated by the opportunity to support high-performing assets while contributing to housing that strengthens communities throughout the Pacific Northwest. She values Ethos’ approach of thoughtfully blending old and new—serving as stewards of local character and history while delivering high-quality housing that meets today’s needs.

Outside of work, Cassy enjoys playing music with her husband, exploring the Columbia River Gorge with their two children, tending to her growing houseplant collection, and eating her way through Southeast Portland with family and friends.
