Analog TACOMA

Tacoma, Washington

Analog Tacoma, is a 115-unit building opportunity zone project in the heart of downtown Tacoma, Washington. Just two blocks from the convention center and immediately adjacent to the University of Washington campus, Analog is well positioned to be a great contribution to an already vibrant area.

The project site sits on a block of Fawcett Avenue that has both current and historical connections to music; leveraging this connection, Analog’s architecture and design will reference music culture.

The building includes a gym, workspace, a community room, and a rooftop deck. In order to keep gross rents at accessible price levels, all of the units in the building feature efficient floorplans and many include built-in furniture. The project will be built to the National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Bronze level, all labor contributing to the project will receive David-Bacon wage rates, and it is financed through an Opportunity Zone fund and a HUD d4 loan.
