The project site sits on a block of Fawcett Avenue that has both current and historical connections to music; leveraging this connection, Analog’s architecture and design will reference music culture.
The building includes a gym, workspace, a community room, media room, and a rooftop deck. In order to keep gross rents at accessible price levels, all of the units in the building feature efficient floorplans and many include built-in furniture. The project has been financed through an Opportunity Zone fund raised directly by Ethos.
